In 2020, I was hired as the Executive Editorial Director for Double Elvis Productions. One of the most rewarding challenges in my early days in this role was to help create an editorial vision and strategy for BADLANDS, a brand-new podcast that was positioned as a spin-off of Jake Brennan’s wildly popular and award-winning podcast DISGRACELAND. Around this same time, I created an editorial playbook for Double Elvis that was used by the company to guide the style, tone, and structure of our content, and was applied to BADLANDS. In addition to being the show’s lead writer, showrunner, and co-producer, I managed a team of writers, editors, and fact checkers to help get BADLANDS to the #1 spot on the Apple Podcasts History chart.

The show has evolved into HOLLYWOODLAND, and I am the pod’s showrunner as well as host of the weekly Wrap Party bonus episode.
